Used the man and van service to collect new furniture from a warehouse in Accrington. Prompt and friendly response to my call quoting a good price for the work. Driver Paul arrived bang on time in a very clean and new vehicle. Together we drove down, collected the items and delivered them safely to my home. Paul was a delight to spend time with. He demonstrated the utmost care in handling my items and was just amazing helping me into a bedroom with a very heavy and large wardrobe into an extremely tight space. I nearly gave up at one point but he wouldn't hear of it. I can't speak too highly of both Paul and Keith (the boss). Would recommend to anyone.

Really great service from everyone involved. After leaving a message on the answer machine, Keith called back very promptly and gave me a quote for the carpet cleaning. An appointment was made for the following week at a mutually convenient time.

My family and I have been clearing a flat in Grange Over Sands. We have used Dobsons to transport various items to 1818 auctioneers in Milnthorpe, secondly to transport two items of furniture to Chorley and Manchester. All items were transported efficiently and carefully.

This week they have cleaned the flat for our purchaser to our instructions prior to sale.

We’ve been using The Dobsons for over a year now for their dog walking services whilst me and my partner are at work. Karen, George and Paul have always been so good with our dog and he loves their time together! We don’t have to worry about leaving him as we know he will get all the attention, exercise and care he needs!

Then whilst we’ve been on holiday, we arranged with Keith for a deep clean of our house and we are sooooo pleased with the results. It was like walking into a new home again. Every single inch was clean and tidy and the carpets and couches have been brought back to life!

The services we’ve used so far are worth every single penny! Definitely worth a conversation with The Dobsons should you ever need anything!

Wonderful service! I had had great trouble finding a person to come feed our cats and sheep while we were away, as our usual care had been unavailable at short notice. I emailed a few people but The Dobsons were the only ones to get back to me, and they did so very promptly. I had to change the dates needed a couple of times and they were so kind and were happy to be flexible. Our cats are complex needing several different diets and medications and they made it feel like it was not a problem at all. I felt my cats were safe with them throughout our holiday!
